Enclosed are three high-quality downloadable AI generated images of cake and champagne, in a zip file, one each of the following:
 
  • PNG CMYK optimized for printing. 
  • JPEG CMYK optimized for printing.

Your print provider would typically prefer you to send them a JPEG as it is a smaller file size and still maintains the quality of the image, however, both CMYK files are tailored for printing so by providing both, you will have the flexibility to choose the format that best suits your needs. The RGB file, on the other hand, is always best used for monitors and devices etc.

These are high-quality digital images of 300 dpi and 5120 x 5120 pixels. It is recommended that the CMYK images are not printed any larger than 17.06 x 17.06 inches (43.3 x 43.3 cm). This is just a recommendation only, a larger print will be possible, however some details may be lost, although probably unnoticeable from a distance.
 
These square images have an aspect ratio of 1:1. Common print sizes (in inches) for this aspect ratio are:

  • For Desktop:

      • Find the zip file you want to open. It might be in your Downloads folder or wherever you saved it.
    • Double-Click to Open:
      • Double-click on the zip file. Your computer will automatically open it using the default program.
    • View the Contents:
      • Inside the zip file, you’ll see the files it contains. These are the original files that were compressed.
    • Extract the Files:
      • To use the files, you need to extract them:

     

        • Windows:
          • Right-click on the zip file.
          • Choose “Extract All.”
          • Follow the prompts to select a location to extract the files.
        • Mac:
          • Double-click the zip file.
          • The files will be extracted to the same location as the zip file.

     

    Troubleshooting (If It Doesn’t Open):

     

    • Sometimes zip files misbehave. If that happens:

     

    • Check the File Name:
    • Make sure the zip file name doesn’t have any special characters or spaces.
    • Try Another Program:
    • Right-click on the zip file.
    • Choose “Open With” and select a different program (like File Explorer on Windows or Archive Utility on Mac).
    • Use Third-Party Software:
    • Install a free tool like 7-Zip or WinRAR to open the zip file.

     

    • You should now have access to the files inside the zip folder.

     

     

    For Mobile/Cell phones:

     

    • Using Files by Google (Android):
      • Download and install the Files by Google app from the Google Play Store (if not already installed).
      • Open the app and locate the ZIP file you want to extract.
      • Tap the ZIP file, and a pop-up will appear showing the contents.
      • Select “Extract” to start the process.

     

    • iOS (iPhone/iPad):
      • On iOS devices, the built-in Files app can handle ZIP files.
      • Locate the ZIP file in the Files app, tap it, and select “Uncompress” to extract the contents.
